User Agreement

Welcome to use our services (referred to as the "Service"), including but not limited to the applications we release, such as "Dyn Widget", "Stealth", "PK10000", and "PKTClocks". Please read and fully understand the following terms carefully. Once you log in to the Service, it is deemed that you have fully agreed to all the contents of this agreement, including any modifications we make to the usage agreement. If you have any objections to any terms of this agreement, you may choose to terminate your login (or stop using the Service).

Acceptance of Terms

• Our services are provided to users in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Once the user has successfully logged in, whether entering our services or posting any content on our services, it means that the user fully accepts all the terms of this agreement.
• When using our individual services, users should comply with the guidelines and rules related to that service. All guidelines and rules constitute part of this usage agreement.
• The user's direct or indirect use of our services and data through various means (such as RSS feeds and external API references, etc.) will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted all the contents of this agreement.
• If the user has any objections to any terms of this agreement, they should stop using all the services we provide.
• Users should comply with all the terms of this agreement and use our services legally and reasonably. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to users in accordance with this agreement.
• We reserve the right to revoke the user's account at any time.

Usage Rules

• Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the login information used in the services we provide. Users shall not impersonate others, publish any information in the name of others, or maliciously use their accounts to mislead other users.

• The services we provide are a platform for information sharing, dissemination, and acquisition. The information published by users through our services is public information, and other third parties can obtain the information published by users through our services. Users acknowledge that any information they publish through our services is public information and shall be solely responsible for this behavior. Any information that users do not want to be known by third parties should not be published on our services.

• Users shall not use the services we provide in any way to engage directly or indirectly in behaviors that violate Chinese laws or social morals. We have the right to delete any content that violates the above commitments.

• Users are prohibited from using our services to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate, or reproduce any of the following content:

1. Content that opposes the fundamental principles of the Constitution;
2. Content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts the government, or undermines national unity;
3. Content that damages the honor and interests of the country;
4. Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic solidarity;
5. Content that insults or abuses the image of heroes and martyrs, denies their deeds, or beautifies and whitewashes aggressive wars;
6. Content that violates the country's religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
7. Content that spreads rumors, disturbs social order, or undermines social stability;
8. Content that disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigates crimes;
9. Content that insults or slanders others, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
10. Content that contains false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of others' privacy, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or other morally objectionable content;
11. Content that contains other prohibited or restricted content under Chinese laws, regulations, or rules with legal effect;
12. Content that our services deem inappropriate for display on our platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

The services we provide are a platform for information acquisition, sharing, and dissemination. We respect and encourage user-generated content and recognize the importance of protecting intellectual property rights for the survival and development of the services we provide. We promise to protect intellectual property rights as one of the basic principles of our service operations.

• All original content (including but not limited to discussions and comments) created by users on the services we provide belongs to the user, who may authorize third parties to use the content in any way without the consent of the services we provide.

• If a third party reproduces the user's original content published on the services we provide in a non-commercial manner outside the services we provide, they must clearly indicate the author's name (or the account name used by the author on the services we provide) at the beginning of the work, provide the original link of the services we provide, indicate that the work was published on the services we provide, and may not modify or adapt the work. If modification or adaptation is required or the work is used for commercial purposes, the third party must contact the user to obtain separate authorization and use the content in accordance with the user's specified terms.

• Users shall ensure that the content uploaded or posted by them in the services we provide is owned by them or they have obtained legal authorization, and such content shall not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If a third party raises objections regarding copyright, the services we provide have the right to delete the relevant content based on the actual situation and have the right to hold the user legally responsible. Users shall be fully responsible for compensating us or any third party for any losses caused by their use of our services.

• If any third party infringes upon the rights of users of the services we provide, the users agree to authorize the services we provide or their designated agents to represent us or the users in issuing warnings, complaints, initiating administrative enforcement, lawsuits, appeals, or negotiating settlements with the third party. The users also agree to participate in joint safeguarding if deemed necessary by the services we provide.

• The services we provide have the right but not the obligation to review the content published by users. If any content posted by users is deemed to be infringing, the services we provide have the right to process such infringing information based on relevant evidence, combined with relevant laws and regulations such as the "Copyright Law" and the "Regulations for the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information”.

Personal Privacy

• Except for reasons required by law or authorized by government authorities with legal power, or with the explicit authorization of the user, our provided services guarantee not to disclose users' personal privacy information or non-public content stored by users when using the services to third parties. At the same time, in order to operate and improve the technology and services we provide, our services may collect and use non-personal privacy information of users or provide it to third parties, which will help us provide users with better user experience and service quality.

Disclaimer

• We cannot guarantee the security or accuracy of the content or comments posted by users in our services.
• The content posted by users in the services we provide only represents their personal views and opinions, and does not represent the position or opinions of the services we provide. As the publisher of the content, the user is responsible for the content they have published. The publisher of the content shall bear all legal and joint liabilities for any disputes arising from the published content. Our services do not assume any legal or joint liability.
• We do not guarantee that the network services will necessarily meet the user's requirements, nor do we guarantee that the network services will not be interrupted. We also do not guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the network services.
• Our services do not assume any responsibility for the network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control. However, we will try our best to reduce the losses and impacts on users caused by such incidents.

Agreement Modification

• In accordance with the development of the internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or due to business development needs, the services we provide have the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement has been modified, the services we provide will announce the modified agreement on the website. This announcement will be considered as notice to users of the modified content. The services we provide may also use the internal messaging system to inform users of changes to the agreement, changes in services, or other important matters.
• If a user does not agree with the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right and should stop using the services we provide. If a user continues to use the services we provide, it will be deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement.
